House Rennos and a few more maternity pics!!

So I would officially say we are 97% ready for our baby boy to arrive!!! Tim has been working really hard to finish up the house to get ready for baby.

He finished the room downstairs so Tim and I are sleeping in the basement, Kole's room is painted and he is now sleeping in our old room upstairs....and the baby room is done!! Just waiting for our crib from my sister.

I am now about 38 weeks pregnant two weeks to go before my due date!! maybe sooner!! I am very uncomfortable and cranky but doing good! just getting very anxious and and super super super excited to meet our new baby boy!!!!!

34 weeks!!!! 6 weeks to go..........or SOONER

Had my Dr appointment yesterday. Baby is sitting VERY low. My Dr said if I feel any contractions or braxton hicks contractions to head to the hospital! His prediction is I may have this little guy early....hopefully not to early! He isn't quite done cooking yet! But maybe in 3 weeks!

We will keep you posted.

P.S. if anyone has some spare time please come help Tim finish our room downstairs....he never asks for help but is aways willing to give it!! We need that room done before baby gets here!!!

So while we lived in fort mac Ryan, Leif and I taught Kole how to throw...now he can throw very well.

Kole was watching Thomas the tank engine, I was doing some electrical work in the basement and shut the power off to TV this made Kole very upset. Once I turned the power back on Bob the Builder was now on treehouse and this upset Kole VERY MUCH! He took his play remote control and threw it at our plasma tv and crack the screen. It sparked. It broke. Its done.

At supper that night we asked him who broke the tv? He said in a very shallow voice "me" and so we asked him why he would do this? He said in an very angry voice "I HATE Bob the Builder"

Needless to say we are down to watching TV on our small 19". So a trip to Fort Mac is planned in early March to pick up our other 42". Although actually breaking the TV was not Kole's intent the throwing the remote got him a loss of IPAD use for a week.

Oh Kids....gotta love them

What my pregnancy says this week!

Your Baby
From this week on, your baby will continue to gain around ½ pound a week until shortly before birth (even though it may feel like a whole lot more with every step you take). Other highlights this week:

Due to increasing space constraints, your baby's arms and legs stay drawn up close to the body now, known as the fetal position (oh, so that's where that name came from!). Plus, your baby can now process information from all five senses—so she'll be all set to smell the pureed peas, taste them, feel them as she mashes them into her hair, hear you crack up and then see the flash as you grab the camera to snap picture after picture.

By now, your baby's lungs are the only system not fully mature. And by mature, we're not saying that the rest of your baby's systems are mature enough to be out past 10 PM with the neighborhood hooligan, just that her lungs need a little bit more time to bake before they can kick it in the outside world.

Your baby weighs about 3½ pounds and measures a little over 16 inches, about the same length as that miniskirt you used to wear (and will again)

Baby's Room is painted!....and a few preggo pics of me.. YUCK!

We finally got our butts in gear and painted the baby's room!! Although Kole is still in there and we have some room shifting to do. It feels nice to have it at least painted!!! I think it looks friggin awesome!! Tim and I are such a good painting team!!

Kole is getting very excited for his little brother to join our family! Yesterday he was at my sisters house while I was at work. Chris's mom is here from mexico so she babysat him. They mad tortillas and he brought 4 home one for him, one for mommy, one for daddy, and one for his brother....SOOOOO CUTE!!

I am feeling good. Lots and lots of movement going on!! This little monkey is super active!!!
